Just back to my first response, the process itself was a very long and frustrating process. But you guys helped out with as much as you could, so for that aspect it was a better experience.

It took four months to get my car back after a fender bender. I understand that you had to coordinate with another shop to get everything repaired, and I know that wasn’t necessarily within your control. I really appreciate that you did everything you could to get the repairs completed, but the overall experience was still incredibly frustrating due to how long it took.
