I thought communication was unsatisfactory. We were told it would take a week for repairs so we opted out of the rental car. I understand the delay was not the workers fault but a call to explain the delay would have been appreciated. We called twice to check the status.

Made an appointment to have an estimate done on my SUV after a hit and run, had the estimate in my e-mail from Doug within 2 hours of stopping by. Scheduled date for work to start in two weeks, body work (stellar!) completed on time. Eustis worked well with our insurance company and documentation to justify some added costs that could not be seen until the work was started. True professionals and great people to work with.

We had a small issue with a part a couple days after we picked our car up. I called Eustis to let them know, they got our car in that morning and gave my wife a loaner vehicle so she could get to work. They had issue fixed before noon that day.
