We would not recommend the Lexington location after this experience but would try other locations instead.

We brought our pickup in for some repairs after hail damage. The backseat had to be removed to repair the back window and the side mirror was also broken from hail damage. When we got our pickup back we discovered that the back seat hadn’t been reinstalled properly and none of the seatbelt buckles lined up with their respective seatbelts. Also the side mirror was not attached properly and it fell out. Luckily we were able to repair the side mirror ourselves but we had to make a return trip to the store to get our seatbelts sorted out. Not huge things but both things that should have been double checked before being released to us the first time.

We easily scheduled the repairs that needed to be made when our pickup was returned with mistakes. Very glad that they fixed it in a timely manner and returned the pickup to us correct the second time.
