My only complaint is how long it was from start to finish and that the part needed was actually located on line by a friend of mind after waiting over a 4weeks for your end.

I appreciate the inside detailing and exterior wash. The clock wasn't right and the dome light doesn't turn on when I open the door and I wasn't expecting to look for the manual on how to fix that. Those two things could have been checked first.

Again Paula and John are the reason this score is what it is. The quality of work was obviously alright but it wasn't great, I spent my hard earned money not only the $2,000 to you guys buy also didnt even get to drive it for a month then once I did get it back it had to come back in for another 2 days.

The front side of the business is the only reason I will consider using Eustis again. I am not auto pro but it took me about 3 seconds to go from excited getting my truck back after not having it for a month to upset that if something so obvious got missed what small out of sight important things have also been missed?
