I really liked the status tracking, the only thing I would’ve liked it to include was maybe more information or progress updates. One thing that comes to mind is some sort of completion list or something that shows what’s done and what’s not, either vague or not, but I’m not sure what complications of that would create for the team; but that’s irrelevant to the repair experience I had. As for said experience, overall it was good. The work got completed correctly as for as I can tell, no other issues or complications have arose from the work done, I appreciated my car was cleaned. I haven’t had the chance to closely inspect it yet, but from the short look-over when I picked my car up it looked like there were marks on a few spots that weren’t there prior That being said I’m not positive if they’re actually scratches or just scuff marks. Overall I’m happy with the work done, the customer service and friendly team made the experience positive. I’m very particular and protective of my car, and I trust the team would provide great service and work if I return, which I plan on doing if I need any repairs in the future. Thank you, I will definitely recommend your team to anyone I know needing vehicle repairs.
