I would recommend the shop because they did great work. However I would warn them that it may take longer than expected.

Overall, the work that was done was excellent. My car looks better than when I got it. HOWEVER, I am giving this a 5/10 because the shop had my car for 3 weeks. When I spoke with the shop initially, we arranged for a date for my car to be dropped off for the repairs. However, when I dropped off my car on said date, it took them another 3 weeks to complete said repair. I hadn't arranged for a rental because I was not told it was going to take this long. Once again, the work done was great, but not having my car for 3 weeks (which has a carseat we use regularly) was very inconvenient. I also had to constantly call to even get an update which didn't help matters.

From the first day of my repair until the day I picked up my vehicle this Company was wonderful. Amy kept me informed throughout the repair process and was so Compassionate and patient whenever we spoke. Very efficient in returning my car, completely restored. I was amazingly surprised at how clean my car was when we received it back. It appears they detailed the inside of my car, which needed it desperately.
