The repairs were done to my satisfaction. It took a couple weeks, but I assume that was due to the fact that the parts for a smart car are not easy to get. Your facility made everything easy-the rental, paperwork...all of it. Thanks Excalibur, Amy, and GEICO.

Wasnt kept up to date on progress of car repairs. Took twice as long as the original estimate to repair. Was transferred to an answering machine and never had my calls returned. Was never told what was repaired on my vehicle other than being handed a folder and keys upon pickup. And on the way home, I turned on my radio and had nothing but static. When I pulled into my driveway, I noticed my antenna had been removed. I immediately called Excalibur and got another answering machine which I left a message explaining my antenna was missing and its been 3 days and still have not had my call returned and I am still without my antenna. I would not recommend this body shop. Very unprofessional.
