10 minutes after picking up my car and paying my $1,150 portion, I had to return to the shop after noticing that my new driver's side visor wasn't installed. 2 hours later, a piece of the bumper flew off while driving on the highway. When the police officer retrieved the part, he noticed that several clips and fasteners were missing from the inner fender well. I also noticed that the seams between the bumper and both fenders weren't aligned and the headlights were popping out. To top it off, my right blinker wasn't working. Fortunately, they offered me a courtesy car until the re-repairs were completed. I have my car back but there are still clips missing from the fender well. I refuse to go back to Excalibur. I prefer to go elsewhere.
