Left rear paint issue. The lift gate does not respond to the key fob. The horn does not work.

Excalibur has done great work for me in the past, but not quite this time. The guy that wrote up the estimate didn’t seem real knowledgeable about cars. The repairs were not exactly complete, a section of the front splitter was scraped in the accident and not repaired, and they replaced the right headlight housing & I had LED lightbulbs in and they replaced them with halogens. I’m a little disappointed, honestly
