As I said in the answer to your one question, Exclusive does exquisite work. I feel that my 20-year old car is brand new again, and that the damage caused by the trailer truck has been totally erased. Thanks also for the updates at every step. Good communication and follow-up on issue we had with one fog light that no longer worked. They fixed it promptly. There was a mixup in them taking care of the rental car for us. Do t k ow who’s fault that was, but it was a pain. The quality of the work looked very good and they did a little extra above and beyond by doing some touchup of the hood and whole car cleanup.

But not just with the end results, they showed care from the initial contact, explained what needs to happen, pre-order parts and provided schedule of anticipated work, kept me updated with changes that became required after disassembly, and still finished the work ahead of schedule.
