It was and Excellent, welldone , profesional and on time service. I had a great experience from the 1 st encounter over the phone to the handle of my keys after all repair where done. He gave me a sense of trust that I lost over the 1st auto shop Liberty Mutual gave me. I loved... I meant love the texted up dated that was being send to me, I would say daily and the phone call I received to inform me of the extra repair my 2015 Pathfinder need it. PS. If you happen to pass by Christmas please enjoy the Christmas cookies... they where great too. ???????? My husband and I where very please with the service. Can't wait will after holidays to inform Cassandra at Liberty of the great experience I had.

Awesome job on my vehicle, looks brand new again...repairs were thoroughly done. Frank and his crew took really good care of my car. Customer service was great, I kept getting updates on my vehicle which was reassuring. The work done exceeded my expectations. I would definitely take my car there again for repairs.
