I would rate it a 1. While the vehicle was repaired, I was disappointed with the overall experience due to the communication during the repair process, the fitment and paint issues I noticed at pickup, and the way my concerns were handled when I brought them up. Based on my experience, I would not feel confident recommending the shop to friends or family.

Thank you for following up. I appreciate the work your team put into repairing my vehicle, but I do have a few concerns regarding the final result. The main issue I noticed is that the gap between the bumper and trunk on the right side is noticeably larger than on the left side. I also noticed a paint issue along the edge of the bumper. When I mentioned one of the concerns during pickup, I was told that if the vehicle stayed any longer it would have been considered salvaged. The impression I got was that some compromises may have been made to complete the repair within the insurance timeline. Personally, I would have preferred the vehicle be repaired correctly, even if that meant it would ultimately be considered salvaged. I would have been okay with that outcome if it meant the repair was done properly. I understand these are relatively minor issues, but I have been used to a higher level of detail and fitment quality from body shops I’ve worked with in the past, which is why these issues stood out to me. I wanted to be honest with my feedback since you reached out regarding my satisfaction with the repair. Thank you again for taking the time to follow up.

The service was great when I initially dropped off the vehicle, and everyone was professional and helpful at that stage. However, during pickup, when I brought up my concerns about the repair quality, the interaction became uncomfortable. The employee I spoke with appeared frustrated, raised his voice slightly, and explained that keeping the vehicle any longer would have resulted in a salvage title. I felt my concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed, which left me less satisfied with the customer service experience at the end of the process.

I would give my experience a 10. The customer service is outstanding. The staff treat your car as if it was their own vehicle. I highly recommend them if you want Great customer service and exceptional service!!!

I was beyond impressed with the service, communication and works the Turlock Team did. Jennifer and Fred are extremely helpful and communicated all the updates with me which was a reassuring reminder my car was in good hands. When I received my vehicle I was extremely pleased and appreciated the job Turlock team did and how they went above and beyond. I have further car work to be done and I will be back . These people are the best in the business! While it sucked even having to deal with getting my car repaired because I was paying out of pocket I’m glad my money went to these folks. The couple in the office were great friendly and helped me through the whole process. Even provided me with part numbers so I could look into ordering my own parts to save money! My car came back clean inside and out. Highly recommend this auto body shop to anybody needing repairs they’re honest and they’ll take care of you. Thanks again guys.

This place will always be my go to auto shop. They have serviced me with great care and have done an awesome job repairing my car back to new! Throughout this whole stressful experience, (Jennifer) was super helpful and did her best to help me get my insurance situation situated. Overall, I was glad I chose this auto shop and was confident that I will get my car repaired timely and professionally done. I, 100% recommend this auto shop to all who would want a great service and a professional job repair done on your car. At the pick up, I appreciate how clean my car was on the outside and inside because when I had dropped off my car it was pretty dirty. The team at the Ceres location was fantastic. Communication was great and the text message follow up to a missed call was a great touch. They took care of my rental car extentions when i was too busy to make that call. They were welcoming when i had uodate questions or concerns. Overall great exoerience. Will be back (hopefully not too soon)
