The team was overall excellent. There was fantastic communication from the team. I got emails and when I had questions I was able to give a quick call get my questions answered and keep on going. This made for an overall great experience not to mention the car looks good again too!

We have had several excellent car repairs by Farrish, but not for a number of years. We were impressed by how Farrish has evolved since then, making this experience even better. Particular thanks to Gary, my initial and main contact throughout the process, for addressing and resolving my issues, and to Kyle in Gary's absence. Bianca was great in facilitating the process and paperwork, and smoothly managing the Enterprise connection. And although I never met the techs, the outstanding results speak for them.
