The communication between Fairway and Country has been frustrating. I was told from each party that the other would contact me and that was not the case. Also after waiting 2 months for the car, I was told my wheel locks could not be replaced and they had to cut them off be ause there was no key. Thus is frustrating because when I cintacted by fairway inquiring about the key locking told them The location in the car where it was. I was told they could not find it and I would have to pay to get it cut off to do the work. After 2 months I picked up my car and showed a mechanic where the key locking told was. As a result I have no wheel locks on my car

The staff and service at Fairway is second to none! Brought our car here which unfortunately was totaled and they made a bad situation into a great experience working with them. Nathan and the entire staff were genuinely concerned about our needs and helping us in anyway they could. I was also really happy to learn that they service vehicles as well. I will be taking my car here for every service from now on. Do yourself a favor and check the folks out at Fairway as I have never had a better experience with the body shop or mechanic service.
