Genuinely I am so impressed with the service and communication I experienced at Fairway. You guys were so wonderful and kind every step of the way. Special shout out to Nathan for being so understanding and kind during the first step of this process- I have really bad anxiety and he was so nice to me and addressed every concern with kindness and clarity.

I give a 9 based on there still being items that needed attention when I showed up to pick up the vehicle. These small things and attention to detail need to be done before the customer arrives to assure customer loyalty and satisfaction. I myself hate bringing my cars to body shops because I have trust issues with people because Their standards of fixed doesn’t add to mine. I’m a perfectionist. So the more confidence you can bring to the table the better. But I’m happy it is very small things and I would return. Good group of guys and I like Nathan a lot and think he has a lot of integrity

There issues when I came to pick it up but Randy quickly addressed them. The only other thing I was not happy about was There was debris under the clear bra reapplied to the fender corner. Other than that seems to be a good repair and paint Looks factory

Nathan and everyone at Fairway Collision was very nice, professional, and consistent with updates.My car looks amazing! My only concern is a feel like it drives louder now, but my family disagrees. So, maybe they deserve a 10!

You cared about my 2006 Honda as much as I do. The quote for repairs and timeline for how long it would take to repair were right on target. When I picked up my car, I was speechless. It was perfect. My car was cleaned on the inside, too. I will recommend anyone who needs auto body repairs to this business. Joel was professional, honest, and communicated every step of the way. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, too. Highly recommend them!
