I arrived for my 11am appointment at 10:50 and wasnt assisted until 11:20. I was asked to step outside on three separate occasions in single digit weather. My rental car wasn't one I felt comfortable driving and they didn't have any other cars nor offer another solution until the next day. I never got any status update on when my car would be completed. I had to call a few times when I told it would be done by end of the day, but never got confirmation on that. I went to the shop at 4 since I didn't have my rental or another ride. I was told it would be done at 5:30 and was surprisingly done at 5. No one walker out to go over the repairs. I got in my car to find candy wrappers from someone that had been working on it. Unbelievable.
