I dropped it off @8am on Monday. The parts weren't ordered until LATE Tues & didn't arrive til Wed. I was quoted a WEEK for the repair (bumper). So this meant the repair would not be done in the week & would go into following week. I was going out of town so couldn't accommodate. Also, the receptionist said the mechanics are gone from 12-2:30 so maybe you need to schedule better to meet estimates. I had to raise a stink to get it w/in the week. I've taken three diff cars to Fairway always with no issues & good workmanship, but if you're promising a week, then make it a week. The delay was in ordering the parts which should not take 2 days. This experience left me less than satisfied & changed the prior opinion I had of Fairway.

Joel went above and beyond for me. He was immensely detailed, supportive and welcoming throughout the entire process. There was difficulties with my insurance and even though I wasn't happy with how things went on rhe insurance side of things, Joel made sure to take care of me. Give that man a raise!
