The quality and customer service was excellent. The weekly phone calls from Chris was very much appreciated. The only reason I did not rate higher, there is one trim piece that has been back ordered from the dealer.

Faith Quality Auto Body was very flexible to my schedule and allowed me to drop off my car on a Friday, which they usually do not allow. They were very upfront and honest with me about the cost of the repair and the time it would take for the repair. They gave me constant updates on the status of my car and actually completed the repair in less time than they had estimated. Everyone there was very friendly and they even gave me a free box of Girl Scout cookies when I went to pick up my car.
