Went over 3 issues with John Body Shop Mngr, 1. Check engine light is on, 2. Fender trim plate missing right side, 3. Right rear inner door panel needs to be replaced John indicated he’d order the necessary parts & contact me on returning the vehicle to be completed. I will definitely require a loaner vehicle

Poor communication. 0 phone calls about delays/updates despite plans to pick up car days beyond what was listed on the tracker. Each time the car was not ready/tracker said that the pick up date was still current and calls prompted by me determined that information was false.
