The insurance process was extremely frustrating. I was told by my insurance and the at fault insurance there should not have been any issues, the repairs were not started and the facility was a recommended repair shop for both insurances

Small defect when picking up on wheel well, plastic not lining up.

Jescey was great! Spoke with someone when the at fault insurance wanted to take over (parts were order but repairs not started), and was told they would not switch and if we did I would be responsible for the parts that were not covered under different insurance. Having an accident is already a hassle, the repair process should not be. So then I had to pay my deductible at pick up, which was a bigger burden. It would have been already paid for by the at fault insurance.
