Never. If I did not conduct my own inspection when I went to pick my car up, I would have drove off that lot and never have saw what they did to my car.

My car was poorly repaired and I was greatly taken advantage of. I conducted an inspection of my vehicle with Marc and made him aware of the obvious. I was informed the car was fixed. Shoulders were shrugged.. I am very dissatisfied. The service here was horrible all the way down to the enterprise service at Faulkner. I was took advantage.

Recently had my Palisade in for front end work after an accident. After multiple recommendations by trusted sources, decided on Faulkner for repairs. As soon as my car arrived, Justin reached out and held my hand every step of the way. Within 24hrs, i had an estimate and the needed parts were on order. Justin held my hand the entire process and kept me update every step. He was extremely prompt to respond to my questions. When I picked up my car (earlier than estimated!!) Justin made a point to come out of the office to introduce himself. Great Guy. 10/10 to Justin and his team. Keep it up. While i hope to never need your services, i can guarantee there's no one else i'd trust! Best customer service experience!
