Marc Dubois came to my rescue at Faulkner Collision Center, when I needed to drop my car off with immediacy on a Friday afternoon. My car had been impaled by a tree branch late Thursday night, and I was leaving on a flight early Saturday morning. He had my car repaired within two weeks, which was highly impressive. I thought the work was done well. I am a believer in the car should come back pristine though to provide a great product and elite customer service. You should wash the car and vaccum the car to give back. You have your dealership right down the hill and a very easy customer service. That was a big miss
