The process was simple. Josh did a great job keeping me updated on the status of my subaru's repair. The one suggestion I will make, pertains to a more thorough cleaning of the inside of the front windshield and windows. There was a light film on the inside of the windows, which may have been from the final repair and clean-up. Overall, nice work.
