Fran's follow up and professionalism were top notch. Workmanship quality was top notch as well. This was my first body shop experience in decades. Having to deal with insurance, body shops, rental cars, etc could be overwhelming. But not so at Faulkner's. Everything, and I do mean everything, was taken care of quickly and painlessly. And it didn't hurt that my rental arranged by Fran through Enterprise was a new 2016 328i with 0.5 miles on the odometer. Thank you for making a stressful task enjoyable.

Very courteous. The only real bad thing I have to say is you could of washed the car a little better. Dirty swirl marks everywhere. The work itself was excellent even down to the pinstriping thanks again.

I was satisfied overall with the customer service but felt that the girl at the front desk did not come across as professional. Whether it was her intention or not, she did not come across as friendly or approachable. That would be a concerning to me.
