I was told car was ready to be picked up. Ha! It was nowhere near where I live—I had to take a cab to where my car was, somewhere in far Northeast Philadelphia or possibly Bucks County, which cost me $75.36 and it took a good hour to get there. I have no idea why car couldn’t have been brought to a more reasonable location for me to pick it up.

I was totally satisfied with the service I received, Especially. Esp[ecially John Stella, he called or emailed me every day. explained everything as the car was in the process of being repaired. He treated my auto like it was his own. When I picked up my car he went over every item to the "T". I have had my cars at Faulkner collision , before, but nothing like it was with John, I would recommend John and Faulkner any time,
