I recently had my vehicle repaired at this collision center and I honestly could not be more satisfied with the experience from start to finish. I worked directly with David, and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the moment my car arrived at the shop, he kept me informed every step of the way — from ordering parts, updating me on additional damage that was discovered, and keeping me posted on the estimated completion date. Communication was excellent the entire time, which truly gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. David was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly. It’s hard to find companies these days that provide this level of customer service and professionalism. My car looks GREAT, and I’m beyond thankful for the work they did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing collision or exterior body work done. If I ever need repairs again in the future, they will definitely be the first place I contact. Very happy with the way my truck turned out. After getting hit by a snow plow during the last snowstorm of the season (truck was parked in front of my house), I was skeptical that it would ever look good again, however, Faulkner Collision did a great job and my mint condition 2010 Silverado looks brand new again. Thanks David for doing a great job. Very happy.
