I asked for other work to drivers side fender to be done at my expense. I reminded them with a later conversation when I delivered the vehicle. when I went to pick it up it was not done. I was then told that it might have washed off in the snow. I feel this was an insult on my intelligence. So they kept it another day to do the fender. I was also told there was a touch up bottle of the paint in the van and that was never there. I also noticed there was damage to lower fender after inspecting it when i got it home. I do not know if the damage was related to the accident or was preexisting . If they would have told me of this imperfection I would of gladly paid to have it fixed while they already had the van there. Lastly I am not sure if the color put on the bumper was the correct color as it appears to have a reddish hue.
