Shout out to my point person Jacob Smith! He was always available or called me back in a timely manner if I reached out to him with questions. He was incredibly patient with me as I had to go back a couple times to get things out of my car. He also went above and beyond by helping me carry things from my car to the rental and uninstalling and reinstalling my daughter's car seat, which he did impressively quickly and correctly. He even made sure we had some bottled water before we left. Thank you so much for making it a smooth process, Jacob!
