I would give a better rating if you had ever recognized that the car was mine and not my husband's.

My silver Rav always looks great after everyone at Fern's has done their part to put her back together again, thank you. Everyone I interact with is personable, knowledgeable, and responsive in their communication with me. I am thankful for all you do; you are the only ones whom I trust my vehicles to. However, I do also pray it will be quite some time before you have to see any of my vehicles again.
