The passengers headlight had no damage (have pictures) wen returning light has broken clips. Talked to Cory and he said “the deer didn’t hit that side” that is true but the clips are easy to break and you have to unclip them to replace the parts that had to be replaced. Not a big deal just like I told everyone the great work you all did on the car last time I will make sure to tell everyone how I got screwed this time

Parts fell off before I even got home

Thy did great work the last time my car was there. This time the plastic fender well fell off before we even got it home and the passenger side headlight has broken clips spoke with a man name Corey and he told me the accident was on the driver side which I was fully aware of but when you takeoff the bumper and the other parts that needed to be replaced them clips on the headlight can easily get broken which they did I have pictures of the car before it went in, and the clips were clearly not broken. The best he could do to help me he said was for me to pay out of pocket and he would replace it. Of course I would have to pay for labor and materials. Not very happy with customer service or the quality of the work. They performed place really went downhill from two years ago.

Both men Cory and Riley were very courteous. Cory went out of his way to arrange for someone to take me home when I drop the car off and pick me up when the car was done. When I discovered a concern after the car was done. Cory was very attentive and got right on it.
