I normally don't do surveys. Everywhere request a survey now and the emails are a nuisance. But I waited to submit this survey because I was waiting to see how the car drives after repairs. The only reason I am completing this survey is because Fette's Auto Body made the process from estimate to pick of of my car so easy. The estimate was done in a timely manner and allowed for repairs to begin. Rental car was waiting at the time of drop off of my car, so I didn't need someone to follow me for drop off and pick up. Communication on when my car would be ready was great and they completed it sooner than expected. With all that said the best part was the repairs to my car were excellent. They took time to explain the detail of repairs made. An excellent body shop and under the circumstances an excellent experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Fette's Auto Body to anyone. Thanks again Fette's and their crew for providing outstanding service!
