Excellent work. Professional. Kept in contact. Had car cleaned before returning it. The Kia Anti-theft logic system has been installed. It required tremendous work on the computer/tech of the car. It’s like the problem never happened.

I never give a 10 because that’s perfection and nothing is perfect. A 9 is how I express excellence. Looks like damage never happened although it’s very costly to replace a car’s entire computer system and technology. Wow! $7,500 but I only had to pay $500 deductible. Geico is excellent!!!

This was my second experience at Ficarro’s. My comments reflect both. Chelsea and everyone else at Ficarro’s provided a level of customer service that is rare to find in any business. I could give specific examples, but I will just say the ‘niceness’ feels genuine, the service has been great, the communication is excellent during the entire process, and the office is a pleasant place to be. Having had 2 car accidents in a short period of time was not great, but I could not have asked for a better car repair experience either time.

I was a little concerned because my car is a Tesla and I was not sure of the expertise available at Ficarro's. But they did a great job on my Tesla Model Y, thanks to Marcos and the rest of the crew! I had to make few trips back to get it right, but overall I am very happy with the service. A shoutout to Marcos for his expertise and professionalism! Great customer service!
