I believe Carol was my primary point of contact for much of the process. She was extremely helpful in answering my questions, and even at the end of the experience where there was a small conflict with receiving payment from my insurance company, she coordinated and worked through it to still get my vehicle back by the promised date.

? 😳, but all is goog nowi heard a loud rattling sound in my car then when i was driving on 95 it went away and has not come back i was wondering maybe a tool or piece of something was left in there and fell out
