Dropped off my car on 11/4 and it was not ready until 11/28. Close to a month is a ridiculous amount of time to replace a bumper. I don’t believe you when you said there were delays and trust me I will not use nor recommend you in the future.

Excellent reparation, probably in a longer time than the one expected, and with no communication during the process. The team didn’t take care of the 12V battery, which is a critical factor for an Electric Vehicle. It seems like the battery was drained during the reparations since I found the battery cover in the trunck, and the battery was dead as soon as got home.

The repair was perfect. It looks like my car was never damaged. Absolute quality workmanship!! Like the repair to my car, Carol and Chelsea were superb.
