My experience with Ficaro's was perfect! From start to finish I never had a doubt they would come through and make my car look better than new. They were fully open and transparent and communicated the entire process to me from the beginning. They also sent me updates as the process continued and even after I dropped off my rental and picked up my beautifully fixed car. They were kind enough go out to the rental and grab the garage door opener that I'd forgotten to take with me! Lol they even mailed it back to me! And today's day it is so hard to find good service but Ficaro's s goes it above and beyond And resets the standard for excellence!

I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent work your team did on my Ford Maverick following the recent repair to the rear tail light and left rear panel. From the moment I dropped off the vehicle, everyone was friendly, helpful, and clear about the process and timeline. Everybody there was great, I loved how they fixed my bumper as well. Marcos and the other gentleman and even the young lady were very thorough and helpful. The only problem I had was the motor to my left gate wasn't put on the insurance, but I will take that up with the insurance company. Thanks guys. Awesome work
