I was treated with dignity & respect ✊ from the first time I entered the building. A front desk staff, Mr. Brandon Tyra greeted me nicely with a smile 😃 & after I said good morning ☀️ he said good morning 🌞 how can I help you? I said…I’m Ms. Patricia I have an appointment this morning to leave my SUV 🚙 in your paint & body shop; my auto insurance is Geico & I was informed that when I get here someone will ☎️ Enterprise Auto Rental & they would bring me a rental vehicle. Mr. Brandon helped me by allowing me to use their ☎️ to contact Geico & get an authorization number from them to get a rental to go 🏡 in. He also told me that one of their staff would take me to enterprise on Shreveport Barksdale Highway to get a rental & he did.
