Every thing was great til I locked up my car. A scratch was not fixed and they could not be bothered doing a supplement, which they assured me would happen if the insurance missed any. The whole car was buried under an oak and apparently they figured the tree just hit the other side of the car. He got rather pissy about it when I asked. All they had to do was do a supplement...

Again, it was all great til we picked up. Then the cashier girl handed me the bill and walked off. It was more than the insurance check we received. We had to ask why we owed so much. Only then did she offer to explain that we only owed what the insurance paid and the rest will be taken care of. She surely would've taken the full amount!
