Drivers side door handle outside is loose after tightening up the inside. After being told it came in that way which is a mistake on your part it was fine before. So far everything else is fine. Thanks

I am very pleased with the service that I got from Final Touch. Very courteous from the start. They kept in touch so that I knew what progress was being made. When it was ready to be picked up they called me right away. When I picked my car up they thanked me and gave me a nice little gift bag. I would highly recommend FinalTouch!!!

From the first day I dropped off my truck, the entire team was attentive to every detail and provided outstanding customer service. I also requested some additional work beyond what the insurance covered, and the pricing was very fair. Thiago, the owner, went above and beyond by personally communicating with the other party’s insurance company, helping to speed up the claims process and making everything much easier for me. The repairs came out excellent, and my truck looks great. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and a team that truly cares about their customers. If I ever need repairs again, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Thiago and the entire team, for a great experience!

See previous comments about failing to reinstall a piece of trim that was obviously on the car when the front panel was replaced and refusal to acknowledge this error. That necessitated us getting our insurance company involved again and the issue still has not been rectified.

A piece of trim that was on the car when it was brought in for service was missing after we brought the car home. Final Touch refused to acknowledge that it had failed to reinstall that piece of trim when it had replaced the front panel on the car.
