When I like most about Final Touch is how proactively they are with communicating and giving me updates about my vehicle. And my car looks brand new again. Completely satisfied with the service I received along with a nice goodie bag. They gave me when I picked up my car. My car was clean and immaculate upon pick up and not a single trace of accident damage. I would definitely recommend this body shop above the others.

My car looks brand new again. I’m so satisfied with how my car was repaired. And to top it off, you guys were proactive with communicating with me and giving me updates. Which took a huge load off my shoulders where other body shops I’ve had to chase to get answers. I definitely would recommend a shop to anybody that needs auto body repair.

Customer service was beyond perfect. Lorraine initially handled the setting up of the drop-off appointment and also the necessary paper work when I did drop it off. Checking my car's status on Thursday, I was told it just needed a wash and would be ready that afternoon. Returning that afternoon found my car ready. Many thanks For what Thiago did. It was also very nice to see Edgar,s sister again.
