With the holidays, difficult weather and complexity of the repair, my car was tied up longer than expected. It was a relief that FineLines took care of all of the issues with the insurance company and arranged for a rental car so the impact on me was very minimal. It was important to get timely and accurate updates. The staff is very responsive and demonstrates their commitment to all aspects of customer care.
