I am very satisfied with repairs made to our CRV at FineLines. They dealt directly with my insurance company and it made the whole process very easy for me. The damage to our car required bodywork and the paint match with the original paint was exact. Their final quality inspection before releasing the car to their customers is detailed and complete. I give them high marks for customer service in keeping me updated throughout the repair process.

When I first brought the car to be looked at the guy reached under the car and grabbed wires and said something was broken whoever it looked like he was searching to add things to fix. The day I dropped off the car there was no one at the shop when I showed up, shop was supposed to be opened at 8:00, the lady that was late seemed like she was annoyed that I was there before her. When I called to find out the status of the car being finished I was told I get a call back and no one called me. I called the next day and was told an approximate date it would be ready. The job itself was fine and I did get a call when the car was ready

Receptionist always seemed annoyed when I showed up. But I was saved a trip to return the car to the rental company when the gentleman I called to let him know I was picking up the car said I could just leave the rental car at Fine lines
