Disappointed that the repair was not completed as scheduled. After driving vehicle the next day after picking it up the "Reverse Brake Assist" system was found to be not functioning. Returned to shop and waited 1 1/2 hrs while the system was scanned in an attempt to correct problem. Now waiting on an ordered wiring harness to arrive so I can take the vehicle a THIRD time for repair.

I was satisfied with the work done, but not with the $90 over the cost of the repairs that I was charged because you dont take checks and I dont carry $3000 cash in my pocket. And yes I'd love to talk to you about this.

Not the personel, they were very nice. But the charging of $90 because I used a credit card was a huge shock. You dont accept checks and who carries that kind of cash? Its robbery.
