A staff member even gave me a ride home instead of having me Uber or walk the day I dropped my vehicle. They were all super kind and understanding through the process and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the vehicle was finished. I hope to not need any services in the near future but if I ever do, they will be top of the list!!!

The easiest process! I dropped my car off due to damage from a deer and it was so quick to both drop off and pick up when it was finished. Staff was very pleasant and is very much appreciated when already going through the disappointments of a damaged vehicle.

From beginning to end my entire experience with Finish Line was great. Cody especially had amazing customer service and answered any and all questions I had. The repair itself was done very efficiently and was finished in the timeframe he initially provided. My car was actually already dismantled the day I dropped it off (a family member was able to see my car in the parking lot later on) so that when the parts came in the crew was able to immediately start replacing the damaged parts. I have no complaints about this shop, their staff, and their work. I’ll definitely be coming again for future repairs and recommending this shop to others.

The tow truck company that the auto body shop used to pick up my car was supposed to arrive at 315-330. He did not arrive until 445, leaving myself and my 2 children waiting for an hour and a half. The tow truck company made this appointment with me at 9am.
