10/10 I had a great experience with Carlos. I originally went through my insurance after an accident, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. The work was done on time and everything looked amazing. What really stood out is how Carlos goes above and beyond. He didn’t just fix the accident damage — he made sure my car came back to me in even better condition than it was before. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I am extremely pleased with my car and the service I received. When I first met Carlos, he assured me that my car was in good hands — and he truly delivered on that promise. I was told the repairs would take about a week, but the work was completed in just 3½ days! Not only was the repair done quickly, but Carlos also had my car fully detailed and the exterior washed. When I saw it, my car looked brand new. Finish Line Collision is definitely the place to go if you ever need your car repaired. I highly recommend them!
