Everything seemed to be in order, however, when I reached my destination, I had to reverse to park. The rear camera/park assist camera was not operational. I tried to call the Finish Line Collision office but they were closed and I could not leave a message.

The car was returned without the customized car features operable so I’m taking it back to the dealer for a diagnostic to figure out what happened When the battery was unplugged by your staff. Otherwise, you would have scored higher. Features are not turning back on.
