i filed a complaint to my adjuster coz i was charged extra on my rental vehicle.finishline collision arranged for the vehicle so knowingly i assumed everything was set up .but to my surprised the $30 rental fee a day was only a deductible according to enterprise .i filed a complaint to my adjuster coz my insurance were the one who facilitated everything but i wasnt happy at the end about this situation coz i was charged more than $700 dollars extra on all the days that i used the rental car
