With the last email, I received from them in an accusatory tone, focusing solely on the windshield. A non issue.

We are still working through several issues after the repair was finished. My car was in the repair shop for a damaged front passenger side door. And rear bumper repair. 1. There is a cracked tail light and a chip in the paint on the newly repaired bumper. I’m disappointed that I wasn’t forewarned about this mishap. I only discovered it by chance when I put my bag in the trunk and decided to take a closer look. I showed it to the owner, who acknowledged it, and we are now in the process of addressing the repair. It is further disappointing that when I arrived at the shop to pick up my car, I was told that the owner that he was very happy with the results. Naturally, I assumed that meant he had thoroughly inspected the vehicle. If I drove away, I am certain they would’ve told me that the crack happened after their repair. 2. The day before the scheduled pick up pickup, the shop (Jessica) called and asked if I wanted to take my car to one of the Glenwood locations that applies a protective film under the repaired door area, which they had already prepaid for. I wasn’t able to do that, so later I received a call saying one of the employees would drive the car to Glenwood that evening, and drive it back in the morning. It would be ready for me to pick up that day. Then I had a second phone call the following morning from Jessica, confirming it that was done and my car was back in the shop from Glenwood. A neighboring town. When I spoke with the shop owner/ manager JESS about the crack in the newly repaired bumper, still assuming an innocent , I said it perhaps it happened when they drove the car to Glenwood. He reassured me one hundred percent that the car never left the shop and the lot. I asked him if he was certain he told me he is. . Overall, I have lost trust in their communication.

The service was exceptional! Teh office personal was great, efficient and friendly. My car was completed sooner than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The finished repair was perfect.

Staff is incredible. They are attentive and listen to the customer’s concerns. Let’s face it, they are not usually there under great circumstances but I definitely felt heard when expressing the items I was focused on.

Front Bumper Replacement— easy quick job. But the parts aligned perfect, no orange peel effect, the paint and clear were just right with no runs or overspray and they cleaned my car to finish the job. 10/10

I feel I see a few places that still seem they where scratch’s they might of missed but not sure I wish I had taken better pictures myself of the damage so I could be more sure about this issue
