FTAB did a great job on my car, including managing all aspects of the mechanical and body repairs. I know it wasn't easy. My only comment is that the length of time, two months, to complete this job seemed very long. My car rental expired after 30 days, so we were with a car for another month. That said, I understand that there are many repair projects going on simultaneously. so I very much appreciate their efforts, especially Jess, who is a fantastic customer service person.
