Repairs were way too long. My employee contact never returned my calls and would lie to me. I reached our to her this month about my ac going out and I did not receive a response. Now the front bumper is coming off. You people are horrible.

Terrible communication. They kept our vehicle for 4 months. We were given many excuses and past around. The final straw they were holding out vehicle because they said they were waiting on payment from our insurance company. When we called the insurance, they said they had been trying to pay the dealership. As we were on the phone with the insurance company the dealership called the insurance company and payment was made. This is not good business.

My transactions have been smooth however I’ve always had trouble reaching the colision advisor for updates. I’ve stopped receiving updates on July 4 so I called but did not have any call backs. I had to drive to the center to ask them myself. It was a little bit of a hassle. Nonetheless, the saff were courteous. My car turned out good as new.
