I cannot say enough great things about this auto body shop! After my Ram 1500 was damaged, I was stressed and worried about getting it back to its original condition, as I've dealt with what now I know are some awful auto body shops! From the very first call, the team was professional, transparent, and genuinely caring. They walked me through the entire repair process, handled the insurance details smoothly, and kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up my truck, I was absolutely blown away. The repairs were flawless — the paint matched perfectly, the body lines were seamless, and it honestly looked better than before the accident. You would never know it had been damaged. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none. Beyond the incredible work, the customer service truly sets them apart. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me like family. They delivered exactly when they promised, and the shop itself was clean and organized — a reflection of the pride they take in their work. There's many things I could say positively about this place, nothing bad.. But for them to call and ask permission if they can box up my possessions on the inside of my vehicle and throw away what they think is trash goes above and beyond in my book.. The amount of respect to take a few minutes to ask before they detailed my vehicle says a tremendous amount about the type of people they are!!

Everyone at First Aid Collision did a awesome job on my Silverado LTZ!!!! They first worked on my wife's Ford Edge Titanium and did a unbelievable job on it as well. The only thing, just minor, I'm just sad and jealous that they really detailed my wife's car and it absolutely looked show room done, I'm talking, smelled great, windows cleaned, everything inside cleaned, wheels cleaned and shiny, I mean EVERYTHING!!! They cleaned my truck, its only minor, but whoever did my wife's car sure didn't do my truck and you could definitely tell!!!! First Aid Collision needs to find out whoever that employee was and put them in charge of detailing vehicles!! Seriously!! And training!! I'm so impressed by the service and job everyone did. Truck really looks great!!

They did a excellent job on my 2023 Chevy Silverado LTZ!!! Very impressed by the great work and the attention to detail. They first worked on my wife's car and knocked it out of the park, they even detailed the inside of it and had it smelling great. Though my truck didn't get cleaned like my wife's car did nor smelled liked hers did inside they still did a unbelievable job!!!!!! Very impressed with there work !!!!

All the work done on my BMW looked great. In addition, I was informed right from the beginning what the process would involve, what I should anticipate and how much it would cost. This included the process of dealing with the insurance company and the car rental company. Everyone was kind and helpful, and I received regular updates about the progress of the work. My only criticism was that some of my settings were changed and they didn't inform me. It didn't occur to me to check them, and a few hours later I found myself driving on a major highway at dusk with no lights on and wondering why it was so dark. It was funny and alarming at the same time.

They did a absolutely great job!!!! Only fault, though we don't blame them entirely, just took them so long to get it done. But they have our other vehicle being fixed so we'll see how long it takes on the second vehicle, hopefully not as long 😬!! But they do great work!!
